Business leaders at the maiden edition of the Dreams and Dreamers Conclave have called for training of younger generations to take over the helms of leadership from the older generation. Bright Ukwenga, said: “The essence of the retreat is to create a sense of renewed consciousness that young leaders matter and that they have the capacity to dream big dreams. We’ll be more worried about basic education and place more emphasis on it. Access to healthcare as well as the ownership rights of adults will change. That’s why societies are not masked in one singular phase.
